Frequently Asked Questions
When will I receive my images?
You will receive your photos and prints within 4-5 weeks of your session. You will receive your images via online gallery. Within the gallery you can select your images or "buy out" the gallery to purchase all the digital files.
How will I receive my images?
Your portrait session comes with an online gallery of all your images for a month after delivery. Share with the one’s most important in your life. Your family can also download images and order prints straight to their door!
Can I add an album or prints to my a la carte session?
Absolutely! We offer many different kinds of albums, print boxes, frames, canvases, and more on our online gallery! Once your session is delivered you will be able to view all of our options with your images!
How does the image selection process work?
Once your images are done you receive a link with your digital images (YAY!). You then use the selector flag to select the images you would like. Additional digital files may be purchased separately on the online gallery.
Do have a recommendation for hair and makeup artists?
Yes! Adding professional hair and makeup is such a fun way to pamper yourself before our session together. It also helps you relax and feel your best! Here are a few of my favorite local hair and makeup artists: Paige Marshall, Jaymee Lee, Reina Allen, Janice Moon, and Sharaya Ellen.
I'm ready! How do I book my session?
To reserve your portrait session there is a 50% non-refundable retainer due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due no later than 48 hours before your session. All details are outlined within the contract that is signed at the time of booking. I am more than happy to send you a copy to read beforehand!
